SanDisk Extreme PRO SDXC UHS-I (128GB)
The card most creators actually need. It is UHS-I with a V30 rating, which comfortably handles 4K video on the cameras in these guides, at a fraction of the cost of UHS-II. Fast, reliable and cheap — unless your camera specifically demands V60/V90, this is the sensible default.
Strengths
- V30 rating handles 4K on almost every creator camera
- Far cheaper than UHS-II cards
- Reliable, widely available SanDisk staple
Trade-offs
- UHS-I read speeds are slower to offload than UHS-II
- Not enough for the highest-bitrate professional modes
